In real estate investing, you make your cash when you money as the saying goes.   But until you sell your houses, you have not made a dime.


 You stand to make more money if you sell your houses faster.   Each week you hold on to that deal means more holding costs which eat into your profits.


 You must therefore identify potential buyers for your houses fast.   As a wholesale real estate investor, you probably flip your houses to other investors.


1)     Get a buyers list
This is the most important requirement so selling houses successfully.   A buyers list is a list of potential house buyers where you buy and sell houses.

 When you sell houses on retail or terms, a buyers list refers to people looking to buy properties under these terms.

 When flipping properties, you build a wholesale buyers list, or people who buy houses, fix them and then rent them out or sell at for a profit.

 It is mandatory to have a real estate investing web site for this.   The web site must have the capability to collect names and emails of potential buyers before they can view house details.

 The real estate investor web site must have integrated squeeze pages that allow you to get the names and emails of potential buyers before they can get access to property details.

 You then advertise your squeeze page or web site.   Once they sign up to your buyers list, then you can send them deals of your properties as soon as you receive them and hopefully  get a buyer for your properties.

2)     Local real estate meetings
 These are critical because you meet real estate investors that buy and sell properties in your market.  Exchange business cards and always ask them if you can put them to your buyers list.

3)     Foreclosure sales
 Most foreclosure sales are attended by hundreds of real estate investors.   Even if you may not be looking to buy these properties, it may be a great opportunity to exchange business cards and future potential buyer contacts.

4)    Newspapers
 Placing an ad in a local newspaper whenever you have properties for sale is likely to get you buyers fast.   I give them my real estate investor website address rather instead of a phone number. They must join my buyers list to view the properties I have for sale.

5)    Online sources
 There are many websites where you can broadcast your properties.   Craigslist is a very popular choice.   Whenever you run an ad online, the aim is to send them to your real estate investor website where they can view property details and join your buyers list.

6)     Social networking websites
 You can reach thousands of real estate investors through Facebook and other real estate investing websites.  Sharing your properties with your friends on these media is likely to get you a buyer fast.
